Sudoku · Neon Daily Puzzle — Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, Sudoku · Neon Daily Puzzle mobil uygulamasının (App Store’daki adı “Sudoku · Neon Puzzle”; Android paket adı com.sudokubulmaca.app, iOS paket adı com.suleymanbudun.sudoku; bundan sonra “Uygulama”) verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamada hesap yoktur ve geliştiricinin işlettiği bir sunucu bulunmaz. Ancak Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümü reklam içerir ve satın almalar için üçüncü taraf hizmetler kullanılır; bunlar aşağıda açıklanmıştır.
1. Veri sorumlusu ve iletişim
Uygulama SuBuSoft (Süleyman Büdün; App Store’daki geliştirici adı “Suleyman Budun”) tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Sorularınız ve talepleriniz için GitHub üzerinden bu depoya issue açabilirsiniz: github.com/suleymanbdn/privacy-policy-sudoku
2. Cihazınızda kalan veriler
Oyun kayıtları, günlük bulmaca serisi, tema ve ayar tercihleri, bildirim tercihi ve Pro durumunun önbelleği yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bu veriler geliştiriciye gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silerek ya da cihaz ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizleyerek bunları silebilirsiniz.
3. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümünde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. Pro satın alan kullanıcılara reklam gösterilmez. Reklam gösterimi, ölçümü ve dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi için Google Mobile Ads SDK’sı şu verileri toplayıp Google’a iletebilir:
- Cihaz ve reklam kimlikleri (Android reklam kimliği, uygulama grubu kimliği; iOS’ta yalnızca izin verirseniz IDFA)
- IP adresi (cihazın yaklaşık konumunu tahmin etmek için kullanılabilir)
- Uygulama etkileşimleri (uygulamanın açılması, dokunmalar, reklam ve video görüntülemeleri)
- Tanılama bilgileri (açılış süresi, takılma oranı, enerji kullanımı gibi)
Veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir. Google’ın bu verileri nasıl kullandığı: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Reklamlar genel izleyiciye uygun (G) içerikle sınırlandırılmıştır.
Seçimleriniz:
- Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre’de reklam izni Google’ın onay formuyla istenir; tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman Uygulamada Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik tercihleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.
- iOS’ta reklam kimliği (IDFA) yalnızca Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı izni verirseniz kullanılır; bu izni Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden geri alabilirsiniz.
- Android’de reklam kimliğinizi cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.
4. Satın almalar (Google Play, App Store, RevenueCat)
Pro satın alımı Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yapılır; ödeme bilgilerinizi geliştirici görmez. Satın alımın doğrulanması ve Pro’nun açılması için RevenueCat hizmeti kullanılır. RevenueCat’e rastgele oluşturulan anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği ve satın alma geçmişi iletilir; bu bilgiler Pro’yu açmak ve satın alma istatistikleri için kullanılır. 5. Diğer hizmetler
- Google Fonts: Arayüz yazı tipleri ilk kullanımda Google altyapısından indirilebilir: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Play uygulama içi güncelleme (yalnızca Android): Yeni sürüm olup olmadığı Google Play hizmetleri üzerinden kontrol edilir.
- Bildirimler: Günlük bulmaca hatırlatması cihazınızda planlanır; bunun için sunucuya veri gönderilmez. Bildirimleri istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
- Kullanım istatistikleri (TelemetryDeck): Uygulamanın hangi bölümlerinin kullanıldığını anlamak için gizlilik odaklı TelemetryDeck hizmetine az sayıda anonim olay gönderilir: bir oyunun bitmesi (mod, zorluk, sonuç), günlük seri sayısı, Pro ekranının hangi noktadan açıldığı ve Pro satın alımı, ödüllü reklamın izlendiği yer ve hatırlatma iznine verilen cevap. Bu olaylarla birlikte uygulama sürümü, işletim sistemi, cihaz modeli ve dil gibi teknik bilgiler ile cihaza özgü bir tanımlayıcının tek yönlü şifrelenmiş (hash) özeti gönderilir. 6. Toplamadığımız veriler
Uygulama sizden ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, kesin konum, kişiler veya fotoğraflar istemez ve toplamaz. Çökme raporlama aracı yoktur; kullanım istatistikleri 5. bölümde anlatılan anonim TelemetryDeck olaylarıyla sınırlıdır.
7. Çocuklar
Uygulama genel kullanıma uygundur. Bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplanmaz; reklamlar genel izleyiciye uygun içerikle sınırlıdır.
8. Saklama süresi ve haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)
Cihazınızdaki veriler siz silene kadar saklanır. Google, RevenueCat ve TelemetryDeck’in topladığı veriler kendi politikalarındaki sürelere göre saklanır. Reklam iznini geri çekebilir, reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir ve yukarıdaki iletişim yolundan erişim veya silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. Kanuni haklarınız saklıdır.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu sayfa güncellenerek politika değiştirilebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde güncelleme tarihi yukarıda revize edilir.
Sudoku · Neon Daily Puzzle — Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the Sudoku · Neon Daily Puzzle mobile app (named “Sudoku · Neon Puzzle” on the App Store; Android package com.sudokubulmaca.app, iOS bundle ID com.suleymanbudun.sudoku; the “App”) handles data. The App has no accounts and no servers operated by the developer. However, the free version of the App contains ads and purchases rely on third-party services, as described below.
1. Data controller and contact
The App is developed by SuBuSoft (Süleyman Büdün; developer name on the App Store: “Suleyman Budun”). For questions or requests, open an issue on GitHub: github.com/suleymanbdn/privacy-policy-sudoku
2. Data that stays on your device
Saved games, your daily puzzle streak, theme and settings, notification preference and a cached Pro status are stored only on your device. They are not sent to the developer. You can delete them by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in your device settings.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version of the App shows Google AdMob ads. Users who purchase Pro are not shown ads. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect the following and send it to Google:
- Device and advertising identifiers (Android advertising ID, app set ID; on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking)
- IP address (may be used to estimate the general location of the device)
- App interactions (app launches, taps, ad and video views)
- Diagnostic information (such as launch time, hang rate and energy usage)
Data is encrypted in transit. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences (G).
Your choices:
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, ad consent is requested through Google’s consent form; you can change it at any time in the App under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
- On iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission; you can withdraw it under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
4. Purchases (Google Play, App Store, RevenueCat)
Pro is purchased through Google Play or the App Store; the developer never sees your payment details. RevenueCat is used to validate purchases and unlock Pro. A randomly generated anonymous user ID and your purchase history are sent to RevenueCat and used to unlock Pro and for purchase statistics. RevenueCat’s policy: revenuecat.com/privacy
5. Other services
- Google Fonts: UI fonts may be downloaded from Google’s infrastructure on first use: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Play in-app updates (Android only): the App checks for a newer version through Google Play services.
- Notifications: the daily puzzle reminder is scheduled on your device; no data is sent to a server for it. You can turn notifications off at any time.
- Usage statistics (TelemetryDeck): to understand which parts of the App are used, a small number of anonymous events are sent to the privacy-focused TelemetryDeck service: a game ending (mode, difficulty, result), the daily streak count, where the Pro screen was opened from and Pro purchases, where a rewarded ad was watched, and the answer to the reminder permission prompt. These events include technical details such as app version, operating system, device model and language, plus a one-way hash of an identifier specific to your device. No name, email or advertising ID is sent, and this data is not used to identify you, to show ads, or sold. TelemetryDeck’s policy: telemetrydeck.com/privacy
6. Data we do not collect
The App does not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts or photos. There is no crash reporting tool; usage statistics are limited to the anonymous TelemetryDeck events described in section 5.
7. Children
The App is suitable for general audiences. It does not knowingly collect personal data from children, and ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences.
8. Retention and your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
Data on your device is kept until you delete it. Data collected by Google, RevenueCat and TelemetryDeck is retained according to their own policies. You can withdraw ad consent, reset your advertising ID, and request access or deletion through the contact above. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes
This page may be updated; the “Last updated” date will be revised for material changes.
