How many subscriptions can I track for free?
You can track up to 3 subscriptions on the free plan. AISub Pro unlocks unlimited tracking for a one-time $4.99 — no recurring fees.
Is my data private?
Yes. All subscription data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers. You can export it as JSON anytime.
How does Gmail auto-detect work?
If you enable Gmail auto-detect (Pro feature), the app scans your inbox for subscription confirmation emails using read-only access. Detection runs on your device — your emails are never uploaded.
I bought Pro on another device — how do I restore it?
Open Settings → Restore Purchase. Apple will verify your purchase and unlock Pro on this device.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find AISub Pro, and request a refund.
Why is my subscription not showing the right renewal date?
If you entered the date manually, edit the subscription from the home screen. If you used Gmail auto-detect, dates are extracted from receipt emails — please report any inaccuracies so we can improve detection.
Does AISub work without internet?
Yes — all features except Gmail auto-detect and notification scheduling work fully offline.
Will there be an Android version?
Yes — Android version is in active development. Email us to be notified when it's available.
