This Privacy Policy describes how AISub Manager ("we", "us", or "the app") handles your information when you use our iOS application.
Subscription data you enter — service names, prices, billing dates, categories, and notes you create. This data is stored locally on your device using an on-device database (Isar). It never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
Optional Gmail access (Pro feature) — If you choose to enable Gmail auto-detect, we use Google's Gmail API with read-only scope to scan your inbox for subscription confirmation emails. Email content is processed on your device only; we do not store or transmit your emails.
Purchase data — When you purchase AISub Pro, Apple processes the transaction and shares the receipt with our payment processor (RevenueCat) to verify the purchase. RevenueCat stores an anonymous user ID and entitlement status. No personally identifiable information is shared.
All your subscription data is stored locally on your device. You can export it as a JSON file at any time from the Settings screen, and you can delete it by uninstalling the app.
AISub Manager is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, you maintain full control. To delete your data, uninstall the app. To export it, use the export feature in Settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
